About Us:
FlipHQ is a recent-age AI-native go-to-market agency building a portfolio of services for ambitious brands across B2C & B2B.
We enable and build scalable go-to-market motions through demand generation, talent and AI deployment.
We don't do slow. We build systems, ship fast, and use AI at every layer of the work. If you want to work somewhere that treats design as a craft and AI as a competitive edge, this is it.
Role Overview:
We're looking for an AI-native Visual Brand Designer who lives at the intersection of design, brand, and generative tools. This is not a 'take brief, wait for feedback, make rounds' role. We want someone who will set their own bar, move rapid, and use AI + design craft to ship distinctive work across categories and platforms. You'll own the visual identity layer across our multi-brand setup, keeping things cohesive at the system level while letting each brand stand out on its own terms.
What You'll Do:
Brand Identity Development:
Create and maintain visual guidelines including logos, colour palettes, typography, and imagery
Build a cohesive multi-brand design system where each brand retains a distinct visual voice
Ensure consistency across touchpoints while allowing each brand to breathe and stand out individually
Concept to Output:
Take rough briefs, prompts, or business problems and turn them into sharp, on-brand images and visual ideas
Use both GenAI tools and traditional design tools to move from brief to polished output, rapid
Write detailed prompts to control tone, aesthetics, composition, and visual language
Brand Stewardship:
Guard the sanctity of brand guidelines while pushing the edges in a thoughtful, strategic way
Be the internal design conscience; flag when things are off-brand and fix them before they ship
Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to keep creative output consistently elevated
Systems & Libraries:
Help build and maintain a high-quality library of prompts, templates, and
