Position : Stores Executive

Location : Guindy
Any degree with 2 to 5 yrs experience in stores/purchase, preferably in jewellery or related industry.
Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
Positive knowledge in excel
Handle procurement of stones (precious, semi-precious, and synthetic) as per production requirements.
Source and purchase other production materials (consumables, findings, tools, etc.).
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, quality, pricing, and timely delivery.
Maintain stock records of stones and materials, including inward and outward tracking.

8.Issue materials to production based on approved requisitions and monitor usage.
Maintain all purchase and store-related documentation (POs, GRN, invoices, stock registers).
Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase requests to avoid shortages.
Coordinate with production and design teams for material planning.
