Job description:
Backhand support to laboratory
Cold Calling
Handle incoming calls addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Working ERP (LIMS) and update the ERP (LIMS) as per requirement and supporting team for testing activity.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
PI submission/Report submission/Tax invoice submission
Payment follow-up

Focused with Transparent Vision
Excellent communication skills (especially in English)
Product knowledge (Training provided)

Required Education

12th / ITI / Diploma / Degrees (Science/Commerce)

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
