Job Description of BDM

Customers buy products and services from a associate/ deputy business development manager. Customers are assisted in defining their needs, finding solutions and ensuring that the sales process runs smoothly. The associate/ deputy business development manager will also do cold calling and field meetings using business directories, and LinkedIn connections, ask for vendor referrals and visit existing or current clients to generate current sales leads. Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs.

*GETTING THE SALE using various customer sales methods ( likephysical meet / through LinkedIn connections / through mail/cold or hot calling)

*ABDM job position is to lead the generation and qualification of a current sales lead. Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, present company presentations, make effective qualifying sales calls and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.

*possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objections. Offering prospective customers solid arguments for purchasing products and services.

*Regularly update the account information in the company ( like visiting forms and prospect reports), proposals and other documents for closing the sales and to keep track of all sales activities.
