Job Summary:
The Social Media Marketing Executive is responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This role involves overseeing the company’s presence on various social media platforms, creating high-quality content, driving engagement with the audience, and using analytics to refine strategies for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Planning:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with business goals and brand identity.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
Content Creation & Management:
Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) across all social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
Write, edit, and proofread social media copy to maintain brand tone and voice.
Collaborate with graphic designers, video producers,



and other content creators to generate multimedia content.
Community Management:
Monitor, engage, and respond to comments, messages, and discussions on social media in a timely manner.
Build and nurture online communities, fostering relationships with followers and influencers.
Address negative feedback or crises on social media, ensuring qualified and prompt communication.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute social media ad campaigns across platforms to promote products, services, or events.
Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as impressions, engagement, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and report on key social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or native platform analytics (Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, etc.).
