Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our property management team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for UK-based guests, ensuring smooth check-ins, resolving guest complaints in real-time, and maintaining high review ratings across OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Communication: Handle inbound guest inquiries, reservation updates, and check-in/check-out guidance via calls, WhatsApp, and messaging platforms.
Issue Resolution: Swiftly address and resolve guest complaints (maintenance issues, amenities, cleanliness, access codes) to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Review Management:



Proactively engage with satisfied guests during their stay to gather positive feedback/reviews while identifying and resolving concerns to prevent negative reviews.
Coordination: Coordinate in real-time with on-site UK maintenance teams, property managers, and cleaning staff to ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for guests.

Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Shift Availability: Willingness to work in rotational shifts aligned with UK operating hours.
Problem-Solving Ability: Strong conflict-resolution skills with a empathetic and polite approach under pressure.
Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of handling messaging apps, email, and property management platforms (training will be provided).
Qualifications: Open to both Freshers with strong communication skills and experienced candidates with prior BPO / Hospitality / UK Operations experience.

Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and performance
