Role Overview:
This role involves handling client communication, follow-ups, call bookings, and converting leads into paying clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound client calls professionally
Build strong relationships with potential clients
Follow up with leads regularly
Schedule and manage call bookings
Convert leads into sales
Maintain proper client communication and records
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or client handling
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English mandatory)
Robust convincing and closing skills
Dedicated, disciplined, and result-oriented
Takes full ownership & responsibility of work
Ability to handle clients with confidence
