Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and other relevant channels.
Create engaging content including posts, captions, reels, stories, and graphics aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
Plan and maintain social media content calendars to ensure consistent posting.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify growth opportunities.
Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Run and optimize paid social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement,



and conversions.
Track, analyze, and report social media performance using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms.
Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role in a digital marketing agency or in-house team.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, audience targeting, and engagement strategies.
Experience with social media management and scheduling tools.
Basic knowledge of paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn is preferred.
Excellent communication, creative thinking, and copywriting skills.
