Key Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Support
Assist the sales team with daily operations and tasks
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and proposals
Track sales targets and performance data
Customer Coordination
Act as a point of contact for clients regarding orders and inquiries
Handle customer complaints or escalate issues when needed
Maintain robust relationships with customers
Order Management
Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production teams
Monitor order status and update clients accordingly
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain sales records, contracts, and customer databases
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries
Ensure all documents are properly filed and updated
Communication & Coordination

Inventory & Product Knowledge
