Position: Telesales Executive

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Requisites:
Bachelor's degree in any field; a degree in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
Solid understanding of the Noida real estate market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Customer-focused with a result-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.




Explain the features and perks of various real estate properties.
Schedule and conduct virtual or in office property visits with clients.
Maintain a database of potential and existing clients.
Follow up with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular feedback to the sales team about market trends and customer needs.
