Prepare a wide variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and baked goods.
Design and develop recent dessert menus in collaboration with the culinary team.
Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist in ordering supplies.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the bakery section.
Follow standard recipes while also innovating seasonal and signature items.
Operate and maintain baking equipment properly.
Ensure mínimal wastage and cost control in production.
Supervise junior staff and guide bakery assistants when required.
Ensure all products meet hotel/restaurant quality standards.
Pay: ₹11,068.10 - ₹45,246.49 per month
