We’re Hiring: Freelance Recruiter (3-Month Contract)

Imago and Getter, a quick-growing disinfectant and hygiene solutions company headquartered in Mumbai, are looking for a Freelance Recruiter to support our hiring needs for mid to senior-level roles.

Prior experience hiring for multiple roles across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing is mandatory.

Responsibilities:
Post job openings on job portals and LinkedIn
Source and shortlist relevant profiles based on job descriptions
Conduct the first round of interviews (telephonic/virtual)
Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders for subsequent rounds
Maintain recruitment data and submit weekly status reports
