What You’ll Do
Proactively engage potential and new clients, focusing on securing first orders and building long-term partnerships.
Follow up on both warm and cold leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Present products virtually, strengthen customer relationships, and drive conversions to achieve monthly sales targets.
Respond to enquiries (in person, phone & social media)
Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent service
Support sales operations and team initiatives as needed

What We’re Looking For




Proven sales experience with a strong track record (minimum 1 year preferred); experience in cold calling is a plus.
Robust ability in pipeline building, negotiation, and closing deals.
Positive understanding of market trends and competitor landscape.
Ability to distinguish colors accurately across materials and wood grains.
Fluent in English for client coordination.

Nice to Have:
Experience working with Property Developers or in the Construction industry.
