Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and provide information about products or services.
Answer customer inquiries in a transparent and qualified manner.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations.
Maintain a friendly and professional tone while handling customer queries and concerns.
Identify and qualify leads through conversations with potential customers.
Keep track of leads, prospects, and follow-up actions to ensure continuous engagement.
Log details of calls and customer information into the database or CRM system.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on pending tasks or issues.
Meet daily, weekly,



and monthly call and sales targets set by the team leader or management.
Work towards achieving individual and team goals, contributing to the overall success of the department.
Work as part of a team to share best practices and improve sales and customer service processes.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and discussions to enhance personal skills and performance.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
