As a barista, your primary responsibilities include:
Interest in redefining what the cafe experience can be.
Helping out with menu redesigning, experimenting with a variety of coffee drinks.
Designing a daily opening & closing checklist with productive Bar Flow - Ergonomic arrangement of espresso machine, grinder, milk fridge (or similar stations) to minimize barista steps and achieve sales output.
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, or other beverages that adhere to quality standards and maintain cleanliness of service and seating areas.
Monitoring the smooth work flow between the Back-of-House: dish, prep, storage, kitchen and Front-of-House: queue, service bar, seating.
Providing excellent customer service by explaining the origin, taste of the beans, and communicating the roasting methods clearly to customers.
Operating coffee brewing equipment like grinders, scales, timers, water towers, point of sale systems, and mobile payment systems.
Keeping equipment in "museum quality" condition,



clean and maintained.
Promptly addressing customer service issues or guest needs and referring to management if and when necessary.
Maintaining daily logs of inventories in the brew section and communicating clearly with management at all times for the restock.
Creating authentic content showing the people behind the bar. Have a bit of fun engaging with customers

Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹25,255.70 per month

Expected hours: 50.0 - 60.0 per week
