Key Responsibilities of the General Electrician:
Ensures the smooth running of all electrical systems within the hotel,



maintaining all areas to the highest standards
Conducts preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations, equipment, lighting, panels, and fixtures
Responds promptly and effectively to guest and operational electrical maintenance requests
Ensures all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with statutory regulations
Supports departmental plans and objectives, ensuring hotel initiatives and targets are achieved
Collaborates with the Engineering team to control costs, manage inventory, and maintain productivity levels
Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities for internal and external audits
Promotes a positive team workplace and upholds the company culture and values

Requirements of the General Electrician:
Relevant qualification/certification in Electrical trade
Proven experience as an Electrician (hotel or commercial property experience preferred)
