Responsibilities:
TIDA Sports is a leading sports academy dedicated to nurturing young athletic talent and fostering a love for sports. We provide comprehensive coaching and training programs in various sports. Our mission is to empower athletes to reach their full potential through expert guidance and a supportive setting.
Coaching: Develop and implement comprehensive skating training programs tailored to the individual needs and skill levels of athletes, from beginners to advanced.
Skill Development: Teach essential skating techniques, including balance, coordination, speed, and agility.
Athlete Development: Foster athletes' physical, mental, and emotional growth through personalized coaching and mentorship.
Safety:



Ensure the safety and well-being of athletes by following established safety protocols and providing appropriate supervision.
Competitions: Prepare athletes for competitions by providing targeted training and guidance.
Team Building: Promote a positive and supportive team environment among athletes.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with athletes, parents, and the coaching staff.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties as needed, such as scheduling, equipment maintenance, and reporting.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a skating coach or a successful competitive skating background.
Robust knowledge of skating techniques, rules, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with athletes of all ages and skill levels.
Passion for skating and a commitment to developing young athletes.

Job Type: Part time
