Responsibilities
Domino Server Management and Administration
Domino Application Server Accountability and management
Replication administration and support
Server Configuration and fine-tuning
Leveraging the Domino Server administration tools
User and Group account management
Research and implement Dev Ops tools to ensure SOD compliance
Server Maintenance and Upgrades
Planned Server Security Certificate management
Disk space monitoring
Dev Ops and Application Management
Act as a Dev Ops application promotion to production
Develops minor applications to enhance data workflow and document updates (batch changes) and writes code (scripts) to optimize processes
Domino user support – password changes, provisioning, etc.
Perform application specific workflows as needed – administration specific to custom developed domino applications.
Act as first level support and need to troubleshoot application support issues and resolve it. This means the Administrator will open the Development IDE (Integrated Design Setting) and be able to troubleshoot. Requires knowledge of the Domino development skills to be able to troubleshoot

Qualifications




Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience administering HCL Domino Servers 14+
Ability to perform all the tasks associated with the HCL Certified System Administrator – Notes and Domino certification program as it applies to Installation, Administration, Networking and Integration, Security, Replication, Messaging and User Management (actual certification preferred but not required)
Skills associated with growth in expanding a Domino infrastructure covering clustering, expanded monitoring configurations and replication/mail routing topologies
Flexibility to work in a agile expanding HCL Domino workplace and be assertive and engaging
Solid understanding of the underlying server OS in the Windows and Linux/AIX environment
Exceptional customer service skills and troubleshooting abilities
Experience developing IBM Domino applications is a plus
Understanding of RDBMS and integration with HCL Domino is a plus
Ability to work outside normal business hours as needed to support business needs or projects
