Job Responsibilities:
Provide L1/L2 production support for LabWare LIMS and resolve user incidents and service requests.
Troubleshoot LIMS application issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring problems.
Handle incidents, problems, and Change Requests (CRs) using ServiceNow.
Perform LabWare configuration, scripting, testing/dry runs, and production changes as required.
Monitor and adhere to SLA for high, moderate, and low-priority tickets.
Coordinate with L3 teams, business users, internal teams, and LabWare support for unresolved issues.
Support multiple sites and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Conduct user training and maintain SOPs/documentation.
Work in compliance with GMP/GxP, data integrity, and regulatory requirements.
