Key responsibilities:
Recruitment, screening, interview coordination and offer rollout
Employee onboarding, documentation and induction
Attendance, leave, payroll inputs and employee records
Probation, performance-review and disciplinary-process coordination
Employee engagement, grievance handling and exit formalities
Maintaining HR policies, trackers and compliance documentation.
Pay: ₹20,859.79 - ₹33,198.55 per month
