Location: PSR Prime Towers, Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Onsite Work from Office
Shift Timing: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST ( NIGHT SHIFT )

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The candidate should have hands-on experience with end-to-end US IT recruitment and a positive understanding of the US staffing process.

Key Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment
Experience working on US State Government requirements is highly preferred
Strong experience in sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified IT candidates
Hands-on experience with CEIPAL ATS
Experience working with VMS/MSP portals is preferred
Positive understanding of US work authorizations such as H-1B, GC, USC, EAD, etc.
Experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
Positive knowledge of Boolean searches and candidate sourcing techniques
Strong communication and candidate coordination skills
Ability to work independently and meet submission/closure targets
