Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening and assess basic skills, experience, and communication.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with offer coordination and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and hiring timelines.
Work closely with recruiters and hiring teams to understand job requirements.

Requirements




1 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in recruitment can also apply.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven workplace.
Positive follow-up, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
