ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for a proactive and personable Client Service Manager to own day-to-day client relationships and act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. You'll ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget, while building long-term client trust and identifying prospects for account growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, building solid, trust-based relationships.
Understand client goals and translate them into explicit briefs for the Strategy, Creative,



and Performance teams.
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and approvals across internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Lead regular client check-ins, status calls, and quarterly business reviews with performance updates and recommendations.
Proactively identify risks, resolve client concerns, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Spot opportunities to expand the scope of work and support the sales/growth team on upsell and renewal conversations.
Maintain accurate account documentation, scopes of work, and status reports.
Champion the client's perspective internally, ensuring work aligns with brand goals and quality standards.
