Your Role

Own end‑to‑end SLA management, including monitoring, reporting, reviews, and corrective actions.
Lead demand management for SAP Retail, covering demand planning, forecasting, and prioritization.
Manage and mentor cross‑functional delivery teams, ensuring performance and operational stability.
Act as the primary client interface for service delivery, governance, and escalations.
Drive operational excellence through KPI tracking, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Your Profile

Robust experience in Service Delivery Management within AMS / SAP settings.




Hands‑on knowledge of SAP Retail demand planning and operations.
Proven people management and stakeholder management capabilities.
Excellent communication, customer engagement, and escalation handling skills.
Expertise in process improvement, KPI management, and problem management.
