Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Business Development Manager to drive business expansion across India. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of the manpower outsourcing and contract staffing market, proven client acquisition capabilities, and the ability to generate sustained revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
Generate recent business opportunities in manpower outsourcing.
Identify and acquire clients across manufacturing, industrial, logistics, and service sectors.
Conduct client meetings to understand manpower requirements and propose suitable solutions.




Negotiate commercial terms, SLAs, and service agreements.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and business retention.
Maintain consistent follow-ups for onboarding and business closure.
Track client requirements and ensure timely staffing delivery.
Coordination & Operations
Coordinate with Recruitment, HR, and Operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
Monitor end-to-end service delivery and statutory compliance.
Ensure client expectations are met through consistent service standards.
Market Knowledge & Reporting
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Prepare reports covering sales performance, pipeline status, and business forecasts.
