Key Responsibilities
Farmer Meetings: Conduct village meetings, group talks, and field demonstrations to show how products work.
Dealer Network: Build valuable links with local seed-and-fertilizer shops, dealers, and distributors.
Product Promotion: Introduce current agri-products, share samples, and explain proper usage to growers.
Market Feedback: Collect reports on crop health, local pest issues, and what rival brands are doing.
Sales Support: Work with the sales team to turn field interest into actual product orders and store sales.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
