An asset management company across mutual funds, PMS and AIF is hiring an HR Business Partner. The business has scaled sharply on both AUM and headcount and the HR function is being built out to match that pace. Reports to the Head - Human Resources.

This is a build role, not a maintenance role.

Key responsibilities:
Act as trusted advisor to business heads on org design, talent decisions and people risk
Own the full employee lifecycle for the assigned unit - onboarding, engagement, performance, retention and exits
Lead the productivity agenda - manpower planning, span of control, cost per employee and role rationalisation
Partner on compensation and advantages cycles, benchmarking and rewards design
Strengthen the HR support functions and processes the unit runs on

Must have: strong grounding in Compensation & Advantages - you should have RUN comp cycles, not merely supported them. Comfort in an unstructured, high-growth workplace is essential.

Preferred industry background: capital markets, AMC / mutual funds, wealth management, broking or banks.
