Key responsibilities:
Own end-to-end engineering delivery across backend and frontend systems
Lead, mentor and scale multiple engineering teams
Design highly scalable, fault-tolerant microservices architectures with low-latency real-time capabilities
Enforce engineering standards, code quality, security and production reliability
Own architecture decisions for trading, brokerage and real-time market systems
We are looking for a hands-on builder, debugger and decision-maker - not a passive manager - with a background in trading, fintech or brokerage systems and a proven record managing production-critical settings.
