Responsible for accurate customer onboarding, KYC verification, customer registration in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and verification of customer orders against agreements/contracts and approved commercial commitments.

Key Responsibilities
Verify and validate customer KYC, GST, PAN, and other mandatory documents.
Ensure accurate customer master-data creation and registration in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
Register customer orders in NAV based on approved products, quantities, pricing, discounts, payment and delivery terms.
Cross-check customer orders with agreements/contracts and approved commercial terms.
Identify and escalate discrepancies, exceptions, or unauthorized commercial deviations before order processing.
Maintain customer-wise KYC, contracts, agreements, amendments,



and approval records in OneDrive.
Ensure complete, accurate, standardized, and audit-ready documentation.
Coordinate with Sales, Commercial, Finance, and other teams for clarification and resolution of discrepancies.
