Job role:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales – MICE skilled to drive business development and revenue growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business prospects in the MICE and corporate events segment.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.
Generate leads through networking,



referrals, LinkedIn, industry events and market research.
Understand client requirements and prepare event proposals and commercial quotations.
Coordinate with creative, operations, production and vendor teams to develop customized event solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and handover to operations.
Conduct client meetings, presentations and pitches.
Negotiate commercials and close deals while maintaining healthy margins.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Maintain sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and MIS reports.
Develop business opportunities for corporate conferences, exhibitions, offsites, incentive travel, annual meets, dealer meets and other corporate events.
Ensure repeat business and solid client relationships.
