Process:- Customer Service Executive Credit Card – Inbound Chat

Location: Turbhe (Juinagar), Navi Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:-
Handle customer queries and provide accurate resolutions through the inbound chat process.
Assist customers with credit card-related queries, requests, and service requirements.
Maintain skilled communication and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and performance parameters.

Eligibility Criteria:-

Qualification: Graduate only
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, BPO, or Chat Process
Communication: Valuable communication skills
Versant: Level 5

Compensation & Advantages:-

CTC: 32,500 per month
In-Hand: 27,000 per month

Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed
