Key responsibilities:
Identify, originate and execute merchant banking and capital market mandates across equity and debt
Build relationships with promoters, corporate clients, PE / VC funds, institutional investors, family offices, HNIs / UHNIs and intermediaries
Lead transaction execution, structuring and syndication end to end
Build and lead the merchant banking team; drive revenue and pipeline
Ensure regulatory compliance across all mandates.
We are looking for a seasoned merchant banker with a demonstrated deal origination, execution and syndication track record, promoter and CXO-level relationships and an established investor network across institutional and HNI / UHNI segments. Entrepreneurial culture with significant growth potential. CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA / CS or equivalent skilled qualification.
