Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Business Operations team for UPI , ensuring performance, timely resolution, and capability development.
Oversee end-to-end clearing, settlement, transaction monitoring, disputes, reversals, and operational SLAs.
Coordinate with banks, PSPs, TPAPs, international partners, Technology, Product, Risk, and Compliance teams.
Drive issue resolution, decline reduction, escalations, UAT, production rollouts, and post-release stabilization.
Ensure adherence to RBI regulations, audit requirements, SOPs, and operational governance.
Prepare and review MIS, dashboards, BRDs/FRDs, UAT and compliance documentation, with basic SQL/data analysis exposure.
Identify prospects for automation, process optimization, scalability, risk reduction, and improved customer/merchant experience.
Represent Business Operations in stakeholder discussions and provide operational insights and recommendations to senior management.
