Role & responsibilities
Maintain documentation as per policy
Hygiene and cleanliness check of kitchen
Monitoring food preparation
Food pick up of all major meals
Co-ordination with Clinical Dietician and nursing for any changes or requirement of patient
Checking the liquids and Tube feeding planning, consistency and volume before dispatch
Tasting all the food items prepared for patients before dispatching from kitchen
Handling food related queries of kitchen staff
Preparing KOT of majo meals
DIET OFFICE:
Maintaining records of food tasting record
Maintaining records of Continuous Quality Monitoring.
Daily Documentation of the Diet related problems and pathways of Solution.
Weekly submission of diet reports of theClincal Dietitian.
