About the Role:

Kickstart your HR career with a hands-on internship in Talent Acquisition. As a TA Intern, you will work closely with the recruitment team, support hiring activities, interact with candidates, and gain practical exposure to corporate recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Support candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Assist in job posting and recruitment-related documentation.
Support onboarding and joining formalities.
Contribute to employer branding and campus engagement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:
MBA/MMS (HR) students or fresh graduates.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive organizational and coordination abilities.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Proficiency in MS Office.
