nCandidate Profile

- 2–3 years of sales experience is mandatory.n
- Experience in field sales, relationship management, retail sales, insurance, telecom, automobile, consumer finance or other target-based sales is relevant.n
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.n
- Comfortable with sales targets.n
- Willing to build a career in Personal Loan sales.n
- Prior Personal Loan experience is not mandatory.n
