Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, in office role based in Noida.



The counselor will guide prospective students and their families through the admission process, including understanding their academic background, career goals, and preferences, and recommending suitable UG, PG, MBA, and PGDM programs. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations via in-person meetings and calls, explaining course options, entrance pathways, and college requirements, and supporting students with application forms, documentation, and timelines. The role involves maintaining accurate records of student interactions, following up on leads, and collaborating with the counseling and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission journey. The counselor is also expected to build relationships with students, provide ongoing support, and contribute to outreach or sales activities aligned with the organization’s ethical and transparent guidance model.
