Will be responsible for pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities and role fit.
Willing to learn IT/software skills and technology terms.
•Willingness to learn and exhibit negotiation skills, which is one of the most imperative skills for a recruiter.
Willingness to work in a quick-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication with a very solid accent and active listening skills.
Well-versed in Outlook, Google, and Microsoft.
Having a learning urge always and staying up to date with current technologies.
Willingness to adapt to the company work culture with a Positive mind & and a passion to grow along with the organization.
