Role & responsibilities: Responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CCTV surveillance systems (Analog & IP) to ensure reliable security monitoring. Troubleshoot issues such as camera failure, no video, poor image quality, network connectivity, recording problems, and power faults. Respond to service calls and attend emergency breakdowns when required.
