Job Title: Store Head

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day sales operations at the store.
Assist customers with product selection and deliver a premium customer experience
Maintain store display, visual merchandising, and overall ambience
Build and maintain solid relationships with high-value customers
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless operations

Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury retail sales or reputed premium brands
Solid sales acumen and customer-handling skills
Excellent communication skills in English is must
Presentable personality with a customer-centric approach
Willingness to execute company events and promotional activities
Deep understanding of retail operations

Qualification:
Graduate (Any Discipline)

Sales-driven mind set with focus on targets
Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a premium retail environment

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
