We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented QA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance function at our manufacturing facility.
Position Summary
The QA Manager will be responsible for establishing, implementing and continuously improving the site Quality Management System. The position will ensure that materials, manufacturing processes, finished products,



documentation and dispatch activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, customer specifications and internal quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Management System
• Implement and maintain GMP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP and applicable food-safety systems.
• Prepare, review and approve SOPs, specifications, formats, quality manuals and master documents.
• Ensure effective document control, record retention and data integrity.
• Monitor quality-system implementation across Production, QC, Warehouse, Purchase, Engineering and R&D.;
• Conduct Management Review Meetings and monitor action-point closure.
Regulatory and Certification Compliance
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, APEDA, Spices Board, US FDA, EU and relevant export-market requirements.
• Coordinate GMP, ISO, FSSC, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic and customer audits.
• Maintain continuous readiness for regulatory, customer and certification inspections.
