Job Summary-
We are looking for an experienced AWS Presales professional to join our Cloud BU. The candidate will work closely with the sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements, design AWS-based solutions, prepare technical proposals, conduct solution presentations and support the sales team throughout the opportunity lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities-
Understand customer business and technical requirements and translate them into AWS-based solutions.
Design and propose scalable, secure, highly available and cost-effective AWS architectures.
Work closely with Account Managers, Sales and Delivery teams to qualify and close opportunities.
Conduct customer meetings, discovery sessions, technical presentations and solution demonstrations.
Prepare technical proposals, BoQs, solution documents and presentations.
Provide AWS effort and cost estimation and support AWS pricing/TCO discussions.
Identify opportunities for AWS migration, modernisation, data, security, backup, DR and managed services.
Support PoCs and technical evaluations wherever required.
Participate in customer workshops and create solution roadmaps.




Collaborate with AWS and other technology partners for solution development and opportunity closure.
Stay updated on AWS services, cloud architecture trends and emerging technologies.
Support the sales team with technical objection handling and solution positioning.

Required Skills-
5+ years of experience in AWS Presales / Cloud Presales / Cloud Solutions.
Strong understanding of AWS services such as:

EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM

Lambda, ECS/EKS

CloudFront, Route 53

CloudWatch

AWS Backup and Disaster Recovery

Migration and modernisation services
Positive understanding of the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
Experience in preparing technical proposals, presentations and solution documents.
Robust understanding of cloud security, networking and cost optimisation.
Good communication and customer-facing skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales, delivery and alliance teams.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications-
AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate/Professional
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification would be an added advantage.
