Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities, for our in office team in the Pune Division. This full time role involves administering HR policies, maintaining employee records,



coordinating advantages and payroll-related documentation, and assisting with performance management processes. The specialist will respond to employee queries, support employee relations initiatives, and help ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal HR standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing HR documentation, supporting training and development programs, and collaborating with managers to implement HR best practices that promote a positive and productive workplace.
