Responsibilities

Assist the Auto Body Manager in coordinating and supervising the auto body repair shop operations.
Manage workflow to ensure timely and quality vehicle repairs and refinishing.
Provide leadership and guidance to shop staff, including training and performance management.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.
Work closely with customers to address concerns and guarantee satisfaction.
Order parts and supplies as needed.
Collaborate with vendors and insurance companies to facilitate repair approvals and payments.

Requirements

Proven experience in the auto body industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
Solid knowledge of auto body repair processes, materials, and safety standards.




Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting and manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with estimating software and CDK software repair documentation is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training is preferred.
