Role: Senior Executive MIS & Reporting

Location : Bhopal

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage MIS, reporting and data-related activities for business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
Collect, consolidate and validate data received from various teams/functions.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational and management reports.
Perform data reconciliation and identify discrepancies or exceptions.
Prepare dashboards and management reports to track key business/operational metrics.
Analyse data and provide relevant insights to stakeholders.
Maintain and update existing MIS formats, trackers and reporting dashboards.
Use Advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas and data validation.




Support report automation and process improvement wherever applicable.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely collection and submission of data.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure reports are delivered within defined timelines.

Candidate Profile:
Graduate from a recognized university.
25 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Analysis or Business Operations Reporting.
Solid hands-on knowledge of MS Excel is essential.
Good analytical and numerical ability.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Experience with Power BI / reporting automation will be an added advantage.
