Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and target-driven field sales executive to join our team in
Mumbai. In this role, you will lead field sales efforts, drive B2B growth, convert incoming corporate
inquiries, and oversee ground-level execution for brand activations and exhibitions. You will pitch
directly to key corporate decision-makers and coordinate closely with internal logistics teams to ensure
seamless order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Field Sales
Lead on-ground field sales and build a robust pipeline within the Pharma Gifting and Corporate
Gifting sectors.
Research, identify, and pursue new corporate B2B growth opportunities.
Inbound Lead Conversion & Pitching
Promptly respond to and convert inbound B2B inquiries.
Pitch product offerings directly to HR Heads, Procurement Leads, and corporate decision-makers.
Event & Field Coordination
Manage on-ground execution for trade exhibitions, corporate meets, client showcases, and brand
activations.
Order & Logistics Liaison




Coordinate closely with internal logistics and operational teams to track orders and ensure smooth
fulfillment.
Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and account support.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Event Marketing. Background in
Corporate Gifting Sales or Real Estate Sales is preferred.
Location & Mobility: Must be based in Mumbai with robust field mobility to travel locally for client
meetings and event execution.
Skills:
Robust verbal, written, and negotiation skills.
Confident and presentable personality suited for pitching directly to HR and Procurement Heads.
Highly organized with an ability to manage on-ground event execution alongside field visits.

Compensation & Benefits
Budget: Up to ₹45,000 per month (commensurate with experience and interview performance).
