Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer as part of a Semester Training Project, based in Vijayawada. The Aptitude Trainer will conduct classroom sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability for students and early-career professionals. Daily responsibilities include planning lesson content, delivering interactive training sessions, evaluating learner performance through tests and assignments, and providing feedback and guidance to improve outcomes.



The trainer will collaborate with academic and corporate stakeholders to align training objectives with industry requirements and may participate in orientation sessions, workshops, and support related training activities. The role may also involve basic administrative tasks related to scheduling, reporting, and maintaining training records.
