Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end R2R reconciliations, including journal entries, accruals, provisions, GL accounting and month-end/year-end close.
Perform account and balance-sheet reconciliations and investigate/resolution of breaks and outstanding items.
Ensure accounting transactions and financial reporting are compliant with US GAAP.
Conduct P&L; variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior periods.
Investigate significant variances and provide explicit root-cause analysis and management commentary.
Support financial reporting, month-end close and controllership activities.
Review and maintain the accuracy and integrity of General Ledger and financial statements.

Preferred candidate profile

Mandatory: CA, CPA, ACCA qualified only, no semi-qualified.

Candidate must be based in Bangalore only.(No relocation)

Having notice period of 1 month or less.

Having experience in R2R reconciliations, US GAAP, P&L; variance analysis and controllership.
