Role & responsibilities
Supervise installation, erection and commissioning of STPs/Wastewater Treatment Plants.
Execute projects involving MBBR, SBR and MBR technologies, including recent installations and modifications.
Interpret and execute process and civil drawings in coordination with clients and design teams.
Ensure project execution is completed as per approved schedule, quality and safety standards.
Lead and manage local site teams for timely project delivery.
Coordinate with design, procurement, consultants, contractors and clients.
Conduct site kick-off meetings and communicate project execution plans.
Manage O&M; activities of water/wastewater treatment plants.
Supervise operators and maintenance teams and ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
Develop O&M; schedules and monitor preventive/corrective maintenance.
Troubleshoot technical issues and plant breakdowns.
Prepare and review O&M; reports, performance analysis and maintenance records.
Conduct regular site inspections and monitor equipment performance.
Build and maintain solid client/customer relationships.




Manage multiple projects simultaneously across assigned locations.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
7+ years of experience in project execution of water/wastewater treatment plants.
Hands-on experience in installation/commissioning of MBBR/SBR/MBR-based plants preferred.
Robust experience in STP/WWTP O&M;.
Experience managing multiple projects and site teams.
Willingness to travel extensively across Telangana and Chennai.
Solid communication, coordination and customer-management skills.
