Work Experience

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Must have Experience
6+ years of experience in software quality engineering, including a minimum of three years in a senior or lead automation role.
Strong programming and automation-development experience in C#.
Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, SpecFlow, NUnit, or equivalent technologies.
ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification.
Proven experience designing and maintaining test-automation frameworks from the ground up.
Solid knowledge of UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies.
Experience integrating automated tests with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or comparable CI/CD platforms.
Excellent analytical,



troubleshooting, communication, mentoring, and technical-leadership skills.
Experience working in Agile or Protected development environments.
Ability to use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate test design, automation, and analysis.

Positive to have experience:
Python scripting and automation tooling.
Docker and Kubernetes-based test environments.
API testing using tools such as Postman or RestSharp.
Performance and scalability testing.
Regulated software development, preferably involving IEC 62304, ISO 13485, FDA requirements, or medical-device software.
